چکیده
In this study, we propagated two old Galician plum varieties in liquid medium using a temporary immersion system with RITA© bioreactors. Environmental variables including culture system, light intensity, CO2 enrichment, frequency and sucrose supplementation were evaluated relation to vitro proliferation, physiological status ex performance. Bioreactors superior jars for culturing shoots photomixotrophic conditions, producing up 2 times more shoot numbers 1.7 length (depending on the genotype) clusters. The number quality of positively influenced by concentration medium, plus gaseous environment. For individual apical sections best response occurred 3% sucrose, 150 µmol m−2 s−1 photosynthetic photon flux density 2000 ppm CO2, averaging 2.5 per explant, 26 mm 240 mm2 leaf area, while 50 ambient (400 ppm) values decreased 1.2 14 160 area. Shoots cultured photoautotrophically (without sucrose) successfully rooted acclimated despite showing limited growth, low pigments, carbohydrate, phenolic antioxidant contents during multiplication phase.

Photoautotrophic and Photomixotrophic Micropropagation of Three Potato Cultivars
The present study was aimed to compare the photoautotrophic (PAM) and photomixotrophic micropropagation (PMM) of three potato cultivars (Hermes, Rosetta and Asterix). Cultures were initiated from single node explants and established in MS basal medium with some modifications. Potato plantlets responded in sugar-free media although sugar-containing media (PMM1 and PMM2) performed better as compa...
متن کاملBiological and Agronomical Characteristics of Local and Introduced Plum (Prunus domestica L.) Cultivars in Georgia
Plum local varieties and forms are widespread in all regions of Georgia. Despite the wide dissemination of this crop, the number of cultivars is not quite a lot. Due to this reason, study of cultivars has been carried out in a collection plot of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture, in village Jighaura. Eight plum (Prunus domestica L.) cultivars including: Amers, Bluefree, Chanchuri, E...

Influence of fermentation conditions on production of plum (Prunus domestica L.) wine: A response surface methodology approach
Plum (Prunus domestica L.) is the most important and most commonly grown fruit species in Serbia, one of the leading plum-producing countries. It is mainly used for table consumption, drying and fruit brandy production. The use of plums for wine production is not sufficiently investigated. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of temperature, pH and duration of fermentation on ...
متن کاملBioreactors in coffee micropropagation
In coffee, bioreactors are the most promising way for scaling-up micropropagation processes, particularly somatic embryogenesis. The availability of an efficient somatic embryogenesis process would allow the rapid mass production of heterozygous materials such as selected Coffea canephora clones and F1 Arabica hybrid varieties. For the last fifteen years, bioreactors (mechanically or pneumatica...
